A Certified Public Accountant, Brad holds a BS from Kansas State University and an MBA from the University of Missouri at Kansas City. In 1999 Brad relocated to Fort Collins with his wife and daughters where he purchased Ladd & Associates Inc., renaming it Eads & Associates Inc.
